Waldenburg Park is located on the North Side of 21 Mile Rd. just East of Romeo Plank Rd. This developed park is approximately 17 acres in size. The park opened in 2002 as the first developed park space in Macomb Township. The park offers many amenities and is a great place for families to be active and enjoy the outdoors. You can explore and enjoy the whole eighteen acre parcel equipped with a boundless playground, picnic shelter, basketball court and a half mile nature path that leads through the park so you can explore all the surrounding natural beauty.
Macomb Corners Park
Macomb Corners Park is a 94 acre (35 of which are developed) park site located on the north side of 25 mile road just east of Luchtman Road. The park is an active park with a 94 acre sports complex hosting sporting events, but it’s also an inviting location for family activities. The Macomb Township Parks and Recreation Department uses Macomb Corners Park as the host site for various community events throughout the summer such as Summer Concert Series & Movie Under The Stars. The amenities of the sports complex include 6 baseball diamonds, 8 soccer fields, 2 sand volleyball courts, an inline skating rink and a one mile path throughout the park. If you live in Macomb County, surely at least one night a week during the summer will be spent at Macomb Corners Park!
